Large wetland nature reserve created from former quarry land, with bird hides, walking trails, meadows and excellent wildlife watching.

VISITOR INFORMATION

Parking charges apply; Yorkshire Wildlife Trust members can park free using the current member system.

Excellent for families interested in wildlife, birdwatching and easy nature walks.

Flat surfaced sections, accessible hides, disabled parking and accessible compost toilets are available.

Entry is free; parking and refreshments cost extra.
