Opening times: Box office: Tuesday–Friday 10am–4pm; Saturday 10am–1pm; closed Monday and Sunday. Event entry typically starts one hour before performances.
Parking: No dedicated venue parking listed. Free town-centre parking is within walking distance; four designated disabled bays are available nearby in Market Place with a two-hour limit.
Facilities: Box office, gallery, gift shop, accessible ground-floor toilet, lift, licensed bar and free Wi-Fi.
Dogs: Assistance dogs welcome; contact the venue in advance to arrange requirements.
Accessibility: Automatic entrance doors, ground-floor accessible toilet and lift to the auditorium and bar. Wheelchair spaces, hearing support, and other assistance can be arranged with the box office.
