A Passionate Woman

Kay Mellor's Yorkshire drama follows Betty, a Leeds woman confronting the choices she has made during a long marriage. On the morning of her son's wedding, she retreats to the attic and finds herself remembering a passionate affair from her youth. As memories resurface, the play balances humour and emotion while exploring love, regret, family expectations and what it means to be a mother and wife.
