A Family Farm in the Aire Valley

The Thompson family are fourth-generation farmers. Their cattle are born and reared in the Aire Valley, with beef sold directly from the farm.

The family explains that its beef is hung for 25 days, while pork, chicken and lamb are sourced from around Yorkshire. More about the farm’s approach is available on its official website.
