Castle Keep Tea Room, Middleham – A Lovely Cosy Coffee Stop
Castle Keep Tea Room, Middleham – A Cosy Coffee Stop in North Yorkshire
While exploring Middleham yesterday, Lyn and I called into Castle Keep Tea Room for a coffee. It is a lovely, cosy little place and exactly the sort of independent Yorkshire business we enjoy discovering on our travels.
Middleham is a historic market town in Lower Wensleydale, best known for its castle, links to Richard III and long-established racehorse-training heritage. A warm, welcoming tea room makes a particularly pleasant stop while looking around the town.
Our Visit to Castle Keep Tea Room
We stopped for a coffee during our visit to Middleham and enjoyed the cosy atmosphere. There is something special about finding a small, independent place where you can settle in for a break rather than rush straight on to the next stop.
We always like to include places we have visited ourselves on The White Shire. Castle Keep Tea Room is one we are pleased to add to our growing collection of Yorkshire cafés and local businesses.
